The Customer Data Platform Business Lead will manage the delivery of the personalization program; working as a liaison within the business in the development of personalization strategies and to fulfill requests for Analytics, Data, and other technical resources as needed. The CDP Business Lead is accountable for the performance of personalization efforts, including tracking and managing progress towards performance metrics. The incumbent will coordinate with the wider organization to solve any roadblocks. Additionally, they will work with Sales, Marketing, MOPAR & MCA counterparts to ensure coordination of personalization efforts with overall goals and strategies. They will also have responsibility to; Consolidate all personalization learnings and make sure they represent the entire customer journey when relevant; Coordinate & present business team activities at monthly Steering Committee meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning, bi-weekly program updates, bi-weekly sprint retrospectives and daily stand-ups; Stay informed on latest trends and develop strategies aligned to these trends and Stellantis business objectives. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 8 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of core marketing functions and brand strategies, and an ability to connect strategic goals with key marketing levers to drive business
Prior experience building marketing campaign strategy, and delivering large-scale projects on-time and on-target to key performance metrics
Deep understanding of, and ideally experience in, working in a data-driven, agile manner
Able to balance a big-picture view of long-term strategy with a focus on short-term MVP model of execution
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate a variety of resources to ensure delivery of a project
Experience in being a change agent, with the ability to drive change within the greater Stellantis organization
Demonstrated ability to develop & deliver proposals to Executive leadership, including the development of use case strategy with business case
