With minimal direction from HR leadership, serves as the primary point of contact for delegated client groups on all facets of human resources, partnering across the continuum to ensure delivery of timely services and information. Acts as a resource for both employees and management, advising and influencing on issues such as day-to-day consultation regarding performance management and development, education, compensation, human resources policies, talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness. Engages with leaders and employees to interpret policies, employment law and legal and regulatory issues, and facilitates engagement to meet both employee and leadership needs. Partners with the Employee Relations team, who will conduct Fact Finding (Investigations) regarding workplace concerns or issues. Efforts are focused to drive a high performance culture built upon trust and transparency. Leads projects, initiatives and/or workgroups to advance strategic goals and talent development strategies, facilitate engagement and meet both employee and leadership needs. Serves as a trusted, knowledgeable resource to other generalists to guide and assist with directing their work. May be engaged in the planning and execution of departmental restructures or reductions.
Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in related experience required in leadership, as an HR generalist, or in a related role
