ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Monitor and direct the activities of Crew Members including: scheduling and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance by
delivering written and oral employee evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees
including attendance and tardy policy; addressing complaints and resolving grievances.
*Prepare daily menu items following established procedures and written recipes ensuring
the quality and consistency of daily products while providing superior customer service
to external and internal customers.
*Follow established till procedures when ringing up sales. Properly and accurately handle
money, checks, and other types of payment received including applying discounts and
coupons appropriately. Reconcile tills at close of shift and complete reports accurately.
*Provide staff training and monitor food production, sanitation and safety.
*Performs housecleaning duties necessary to maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep
and/or cleaning of all equipment in store.
*Maintain open communication with co-workers and management, verbally and written by
using daily communication log.
*Stock and maintain order and cleanliness of all coolers, freezers and dry storage.
*Proper use and maintenance of all coffee equipment, ice cream blenders, dishwasher,
sharp knives, turbo chef oven, Panini grill, blenders, slicer, pizza ovens, microwave,
holding cabinets and point of sales.
*Assists management with maintaining and monitoring inventory accurately.
*Cross train for other food service areas as needed or assigned.
*Follow established company and department policies and procedures.
*Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions to continue professional growth;
travel as required for training/seminars.
*Assist with off premises catering functions when needed.
*Other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager, Executive Chef(s), Pastry Chef, Food &
Beverage Manager(s) and Food & Beverage Director.
