Under general supervision in accordance with company policy, EEO guidelines and sound human resources practices, sources, screens and secures candidates for mid-management, technical, senior technical and professional level positions. In conjunction with other talent acquisition team members, develops and executes tactical sourcing strategies aimed at securing candidates that meet diversity and overall recruiting goals and hiring plans.
Serves as liaison between hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
Manages the candidate experience throughout the process.
Provides high level of customer service to hiring managers and candidates to ensure that open positions are filled in a timely and cost effective manner.
Uses consultative strategies and best-in-class talent acquisition practices with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies that will source and secure qualified candidates.
Presents, negotiates and finalizes offers to candidates using discretion and independent judgment.
Sources candidates through cost effective sourcing methods such as cold calling, networking, internet mining, and candidate pipeline development while staying within the departmental budget. Builds recruiting networks through attendance at job fairs, college/intern recruiting fairs and HR networking events.
Coaches, educates, develops and implements behavioral interviewing techniques with hiring managers.
Effectively uses BlueTalent e-Recruiting system to track candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain complete and accurate records for EEO data recording and reporting requirements.
Provides ad hoc recruitment reports, statistics and industry information to hiring managers to assist in planning and forecasting of recruitment needs.

" Qualifications"
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum five (5) years of staffing and recruitment experience is required.
Knowledge of human resources/recruiting laws and practices.
Demonstrated working knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of e-recruitment and applicant tracking software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the staffing process.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Strong customer service and detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced setting.
