- Maintain current and relative knowledge of third party payer requirements
- Maintain current and relative knowledge of Federal and State billing regulations and guidelines.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of and experience with automated billing systems.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute.
- Accurate data entry skills with knowledge of basic keyboarding.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly by telephone and in person.
- Clerical and analytical ability to be self-sufficient in performing duties and maintaining confidential records.
