This position works onsite at our client's location in Livonia, MI.
What you'll do:
Client Management. Lead all aspects of an RPO client relationship ensuring high-levels of client satisfaction and success. Conduct and lead client calls and meetings. Engage client hiring managers and operators. Prepare progress updates. Assist Client Services Manager with critical issues, strategic recommendations, business reviews, and financial management.
Team Leadership. Supervise a team of Recruiters. Train, manage performance, monitor progress against goals, support career development, balance workloads, and ensure adherence to standards. Partner with internal marketing team to ensure sufficient candidate flow. Provide recruiting support as-needed.
Reporting & Process Management. Ensure timely, consistent, and quality tracking of data in applicant tracking, billing, and other systems. Update and deliver client reports. Provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
Who you are:
An account manager with experience in a business-to-business setting - OR - a recruiter with experience managing a client relationship
Strong technology experience with reporting, excel, and google platforms
Confident, self-starter who is motivated to work independently
Prior experience leading a team or managing multiple employees
College degree and experience recruiting for hourly positions a plus
Polished, professional, and confident communicator
Industry experience not required
What you'll gain:
