Works under the supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Manager and is responsible for safe and sanitary food preparation, proper maintenance of service utensils and small equipment, restocking and cleaning duties, cash register operation, and customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience: Food service and/or customer service experience.
Physical Requirements: Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs (ie. carts). Occasional sitting, squatting. Occasional keyboard use. Occasional talking, hearing. Continuous standing, walking. Frequent twisting, bending, reaching.
Other Requirements: No allergic reaction to cleaning solvents/agents. Must be able to read diet instructions, work schedules and effectively communicate with all patients and customers during high volume shifts.
