Finishing Specialist
As a Finishing Specialist, you perform an inspection and remove burrs from Aerospace products using various tools.
Essential Functions:
- Perform part inspections
- Use of manual and automatic hand tools for deburring Aerospace components
- Scan parts
- Work with Quality department for part approval
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of essential hand tools
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to handle a fast pace environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Good Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in an individual or team setting
- Drive to take initiative
- Reliable team member willing to work additional hours when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds on occasion
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled work environment

Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday
- Fridays are reserved for OT when necessary
- 1st Shift 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 2nd shift 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
