What you'll be able to do:
PLM Solutions support analyst to maintain a global PLM installation at Ford Motor Company, supporting over 25,000 Ford users & Suppliers to help resolve application issues they face.
You will proactively look after the health of the engineering software applications and quickly and thoroughly addresses issues using metrics and experience.
Perform triage reported incidents, perform problem management root cause analysis to identify root cause analysis.
You will work with users and product teams in identification and solutions to issues identified.
Provide release support and pre-release validation testing, metrics analysis gathering and reporting of application functionality and performance.
The minimum requirements we seek:

3+ years of experience with incidence, problem, knowledge, and outage management
Experience with user Support - Manage user accounts & privileges, Helps engineering with tool problems and questions
Experience in resolving issues coming from end users through the ticketing and software maintenance process.
Build and give training sessions on how to support and maintenance tools
Familiar with NX and CATIA CAD software
2+ years of experience collaborating with Siemens via GTAC in resolving Teamcenter Issues.
2+years of experience in working with a global cross functional team to schedule, plan & make SW & HW updates as needed
Familiar with the following technology LAN/WAN networks, Oracle Database, Unix/Windows OS Monitoring to help coordinate with those technology SMEs to quickly resolve high hurt escalated issues.
Nice to have familiarity with ITK, RAC customization. AWC, Vismockup, JT translations, Splunk, Sitescope, AutoIT, Translation Services, Dispatcher Services, indexing, active workspace gateways to support outage triage
Help users with technical issues and train if necessary
Support users with client installations & trouble shooting
Work with product teams and business to capture requirements to implement KPI to support Key business functions.
ITIL V3 Foundation - Training and/or certification
Proven capability to build and maintain strong Business and IT relationships
Must proactive and be able to work with little direction.
Must be able to work with people optimally
Must be familiar with enterprise software architectures and large software application architectures, installation, and maintenance.
