Dietary Aide / Waitstaff Server

Primary Job Duties:
This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.
- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
- Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures and caloric needs.
- Partners with cooking team to ensure that each resident’s total dietary regimen of care is maintained.
- Works with team members to ensure prep, meals, cleanup and kitchen maintenance run efficiently.
- Assists with setting up for the next shift in order to ensure success of team members.
- Works with residents and their families as needed to ensure positive dining experience.
- Delivers meals in a timely manner.
- Ensures all food is prepared in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensures maintenance and cleaning occur according to licensing guidelines.
- Disposes of food and waste in accordance with policies and regulations.
Position Requirements:
- No experience required, our skilled cook team will teach you everything you need to be successful in this role.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or carry 25+ pounds
