Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Employment Specialist, the Sourcing Specialist will create talent pipelines for in demand positions within the Mary Free Bed System, actively pursue passive candidates through a multitude of channels, be in charge of building relationships with local talent development agencies to ensure candidate flow, collaborate with the recruiters to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner with the best candidates, and assist with creating a deep and diverse talent pool to support staffing needs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain sourcing dashboard
Develop sourcing strategy
Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to build sourcing strategies to identify appropriate skill sets to meet current and future resource demands
Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and assist with recommendations to improve applicant attraction Suggest innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
Develop relationships with local talent development agencies, secondary/post-secondary schools, and community organizations to build pipeline of candidate
Develop and implement direct mailing and email campaigns for hard to fill positions
Post jobs on industry specific sites
Develop, Implement and Track internal referral systems
Work with marketing and recruitment team to develop marketing tools to assist with attracting top talent
Submit short-listed candidates to talent acquisition specialists for review and arrange candidate interviews with recruiters as needed
Manage Recruitment Marketing Tool Software through Position Manager
Attend career exploration events, recruitment events and job fairs as a representative of Mary Free Bed's Recruitment Team
Troubleshoot with candidates who decline initial offers
Determine where offer and candidates' needs are not matched
Work with hiring manager and suggests alternatives
Assist in gathering talent pipeline trends and data to support business decisions
Essential Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Education, and Training Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or other related area
At least 3 years recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred
Past experience in health care preferred
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Competent in computer skills
Some air travel required to attend job fairs and conferences
