Summary
The Total Rewards Specialist will have primary responsibility to develop and administer assigned Total Rewards programs including but not limited to health and welfare benefits, retirement, leave administration, compensation programs, and HRIS.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Administer assigned Total Rewards programs, including but not limited to, analysis, special projects, and plan/program development
Partner with other HR teams and departments to develop, maintain, and generate requested reports
Provide counsel to employees and leaders related to assigned Total Reward programs
Responsible for developing, communicating, and executing communication plans for assigned programs
Oversee and complete assigned billing invoices and reconciliation
Essential Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Education, and Training Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
3-4 years of previous experience in employee benefit, leave, HRIS, and/or compensation administration
Competence in word processing and spreadsheet applications
High level verbal and written communications skills and ability to multi-task
High level of service orientation with strong sense of urgency
Flexibility and adaptability
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Reliable, driven and desire to work in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to organizational mission with a "whatever it takes" attitude
Physical Demands:
Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time);
To lift, carry, push, pull, up to 10 pounds occasionally;
To sit for the majority of the time, but may involve brief periods of time involving walking or standing
To use keyboard frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time)
