The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 13 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.
Position Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains the business strategy that supports employee, independent agent or entrepreneurial agent distribution channels, to include: multi-line, life, travel and call center agents/managers. Develops and monitors processes used across Auto Club Group (ACG) (e.g. agency appointments, terminations, tracking incentive production etc.) to ensure consistency across ACG. Develops procedures and standards for information flow between ACG and Agencies/Agents/Field Managers and develops project/department objectives, requirements and plans as requested. Provides solutions that support industry standards, agency workflow and technology support, and analyzes and evaluates alternative recommendations that result in effective business solutions. Completes reports and presentation materials for management and assists in the development and monitoring of plans to implement approved strategies.
Provides high-level, complex reports and conducts data analysis necessary to communicate EA /IA performance and status of various initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert by providing expertise regarding EA /IA sales reporting, analysis and sales support processes/procedures. Communicate directly with field management on EA/IA processes/questions. Serve as a lead by providing assistance to lower level sales support analysis staff. Handle escalated Field Leadership and/or Agency issues from EA/IA Support staff. Leads components of EA/IA analysis projects/initiatives that may include coordinating tasks of others assigned to projects.

Employee agent, entrepreneurial agency and/or independent agency distribution channels, including: multi-line life, travel and call center agents
coordinating a business technology solution
Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education:
- College level coursework in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
preparing data and reports
preparing cost/benefit analyses
writing business proposals
budgetary management
completing and monitoring project plans
utilizing PC and associated software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
problem identification and resolution techniques
gathering, researching and analyzing data to develop recommendations for management review
Knowledge and Skills:
