Job Summary
Under general supervision, is responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of major programs and / or projects. Acts as a change agent to create and support a positive change process.
Essential Functions
Coordinates the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of complex/multi-faceted projects/ programs. Independently adjusts scope of work plan in order to achieve desired outcomes and leads re-engineering efforts.
Facilitates departmental Quality Improvement programs and Continuous Quality Improvement Teams. Coordinates the development and revision of policies, procedures, and forms where appropriate.
Acts as a change agent to advance the level of practice/service. Models quality customer service.
Assesses staff's educational needs related to area of accountability and coordinates/implements appropriate teaching strategies or makes appropriate referrals.
Communicates, collaborates, networks with and acts as a consultant to key stakeholders in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources. Acts as a mentor to others.
Participates on committees/task forces as member, consultant and/or chair. Develops and leads teams which are larger in scope.
