PCC is seeking a dedicated person to fill a part-time position (20-30 hr) in our Sanilac County Life Skills Program. This person is required to have a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field along with a minimum of 2 year(s) of experience providing direct client services in the human services field, and basic knowledge and ability to access community resources that address basic needs such as food, shelter, education and employment, and shall be familiar with the laws and rules which apply to MDHHS. This individual will be responsible for providing in-home case management and strength focused interventions to families in Sanilac County. Cases include CPS, Foster Care and Youth In Transition.
This role requires a vehicle and license (mileage reimbursement monthly), flexibility in work schedule and availability to work evening hours. This position offers some remote work and health benefits. $19.23/hr depending on education and experience.
