Eaton's Vehicle Group is seeking a Aftermarket Growth & Business Development Manager to join the team. This position can be based out of any Eaton location in the following states: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Ohio.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the development, program management, and execution of product additions to double the aftermarket addressable market in support of the 5-year aftermarket growth strategy. This includes development of recommended approaches including buy-sell, distribution partnerships, and/or acquisitions. Key deliverables include business cases, competitor assessments, market analysis, market entry strategies, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and sales and marketing strategies to ensure success of identified growth projects. In addition, the role will coordinate with the other VGNA and corporate staff functions to ensure cross functional communication required to support on-time project launches and growth. The Manager will also lead a team of 3 direct reports that will drive business case development & product launches.

Essential Responsibilities:
Development 5-year new product / category roadmap and strategic plan
Participation in annual Profit Plan and Strat Plan development
On-Time execution of approved growth initiatives
Develop and manage employee travel and entertainment budgets
Communication/development of tools needed for effective implementation of growth initiatives
Ability to proactively address changing conditions by identifying issues and developing recommendations to mitigate risks and achieve targets
Lead competitive assessments to develop strategic product roadmaps. Competitive assessment should include evaluation of portfolio gaps with recommendations for closure and anticipate potential future competitive product offerings.
Work with the cross functional team to ensure necessary completion of activities to launch growth initiatives and support sales execution.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Minimum 10 years' experience in successful implementation Sales and Marketing based initiatives in the Vehicle industry
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
No relocation being offered for this role. All candidates considered must reside in one of the following states: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Ohio.
