Repeat: Our Warehouse Administrator role is half office/half warehouse and performs general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and updating system data as well as helping to unload returning delivery trucks and clear out warehouse bins. We take great pride in choosing Warehouse Administrators who can handle the hard work, take initiative, and work great with a team. This 2nd shift position works full-time, Monday-Friday from 1pm-10pm.

A Day in the Life
- Arrive to the warehouse on time and ready to work
- Tie-out (reconcile) daily delivery routes
- Submit auto insurance claims for delivery trucks
- Track all DOT requirements, including driver credentials, annual reviews, and qualification files
- Check-in incoming route trucks and help unload remaining product from trucks
- Verify and clear out warehouse bins
- Order warehouse supplies
- Run warehouse reports as needed
- Serve as backup for coordinating and scheduling delivery trucks and drivers
- Maintain system data involving drivers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Must possess superior customer service skills, including answering questions and complaints in a helpful and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work with varying end times
- Self-starter, with the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
- Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communication skills to clearly provide information in writing, by phone or in person
