  Position: LPN - Long Term Care (#11403, 11412, 11430)

  Job Status: Full Time; 12 Hour Day and Night Shifts with Rotating Every Other Weekend and Rotating Holidays

  Salary: Hourly $21.14 - $24.64

  Required Skills:

• Provide direction, assessment, supervision and evaluation of resident care

• Implement facility policies, procedures, and coordinates nursing activities with other services provided by members of health care team

• Provides supervisory direction and development of all CNA's

  Qualifications:

• LPN License

• BLS required

• ACLS preferred

• 2 - 3 years experience in a health care setting preferred
