SUMMARY
Performs various accounting clerical tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist Area Office Manager with tasks such as accounts payables and cash receipts
Wait on yard sale customers, manage scale system
Data entry of incoming materials
General clerical duties to support staff including answering phones, miscellaneous correspondence
Qualifications
High school diploma with a minimum of one-year business/office experience including automated systems.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated; ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
