Job Description
This position plays a significant role in supporting the growth of the XC?business in North America. With following activities you contribute to the decision making process of Top Management Sales
Development of acquisition and pricing strategies in collaboration with customer teams within acquisition projects and its presentation to the top management
Involvement of required stakeholders from engineering, controlling, product management and plants in order to ensure correct premises for commercial evaluation of acquisition projects
Commercial evaluation of acquisition projects and business case simulations
Organization and coordination of management release meetings
Preparation of commercial information for War Gaming, LessonsLearned and other activities to support new/ coming acquisitions
Execution of profitability tracking of awarded projects, explanation of deviations and project manager support in preparation or management documentation
Ensuring of sales process compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in either Technical Economics, Industrial Engineering Studies or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, purchasing or controlling
Team player and very good communication skills
Self-motivated, pro-active and structured way of working combined with entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to learn and develop new technical competencies required for the position
Experience in project management or in interdisciplinary team work is an advantage
