This position is responsible for providing investment and administrative support to senior investment managers who manage high net worth client relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily administrative and investment tasks related to these relationships, including the annual review process to validate client needs and objectives and the development of investment policy statements. Other primary duties will include handling routine administrative matters, building excellent working relationships with internal partners, adhering to policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and the Bank's Code of Conduct. This individual will also support coordination of the sales efforts of the investment advisor.
Preparing prospect/client presentation materials; coordinate meetings, etc. Handle daily investment and administrative tasks associated with existing client relationships, including executing trade recommendations, managing overdrafts, drafting client correspondence
Develop investment policy statements and participate in the annual review process. Handle prospect/client calls in manager's absence, using good judgment and seeking assistance as needed
Basic knowledge of trust and investments; experience working with high net worth clients
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to build collaborative working relationships
Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in the financial services industry is required.
College degree required.
