Job Details

Responsible for performing civil engineering duties planning and overseeing the construction of roads and bridges; Review civil construction drawings, specifications and project documents, site layouts, grades and elevations to determine work sequences, task durations and driving relationships for construction and installation work; Review contract documents and plans for new project; Review Contractors electronic Baseline schedule against contract requirements; Confirm schedule submittal meets contract technical requirements; Confirm contract milestones met; Analyze scope changes and impact to schedule; Determine resources are reasonable/cost accurately represented; Assess if narrative supports schedule; Prepare and submit detail report for review; Review Contractors Primavera Progress schedule against contract requirements; Analyze critical tasks to determine variances and responsibility; Discuss possible mitigation measures with client; Prepare and submit detail report for review; Work with Contractor to ensure issues are resolved; Review Contractors delay analysis and analyze impact to establish cause and responsibility; Prepare and submit detail report for review;  and attend site meetings with client to present findings and conclusions.
