Work You'll Do
Our CIS offering is a sub-sector under our Core Business Operations offering portfolio. CIS focuses on helping clients transform their business operations through transformative technology to create and drive change in a digital world. Leveraging our deep capabilities in strategy, core business operations, transformative technology, customer experience, digital strategy and innovation - We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors, motivations, and preferences of our clients' customers and develops new experiences for them.
As a Manager you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
Must have 10+ years of experience providing consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company, or within the Automotive industry.
Must have experience with: Leading and developing new business for the automotive practice related to connected vehicle and telematics.
Defining digital customer communications journeys to strengthen customer relationships. Understanding and analyzing market key performance indicators in order to measure, monitor and evaluate sales effectiveness.
Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
