Description:
This resource will be working with our team to help with a Windows 10 migration.
Their responsibilities include:
-Email/Call the stores to coordinate down time to upgrade the devices
-Perform a step by step remote action to upgrade the device
-Verify everything went ok, call the store and let them know they are all set and identify any initial issues
-If the deployment fails they will be in charge of either ordering a replacement drive from our vendor so we can have another shipped overnight
