Overview
This Full-Time position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities! This position is responsible for multiple job duties including areas of settlement, payroll, new hire orientation, accounts receivables and payables, departmental Global Control Standards compliance as well as other duties as assigned. Position will provide support for period end results, as well as run reports and review for any discrepancies or inaccuracies and investigate if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service; greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
- General administrative support work such as running reports, copying, purchasing, filing, etc
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
- Administer specific applications/time-bound processes within multiple programs (AP, CETS, CTS, ESC, ERT, Kronos/SAP Masterfile, myBUY, S4/Hana, First Advantage, EMP,)
- Ensure GCS testing and audit scores above 75% pass rate for location
- Accounts Receivable Subject Matter Expert - research and action on AR Issues, rebill customers as needed, etc
- Daily Route Settlement, cashiering and GL reconciliation
- Support Leadership with New Hire Onboarding, Uniform Ordering, Special Event Coordination, and cell phone management
- Provide cross-functional support
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative with a can-do attitude
- Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or macros
- Work on special projects as necessary
- Work a flexible schedule at times and if needed due to specific business needs
- Deliver Growth: Provide comprehensive support to the team to enable the delivery of plan and business priorities

Qualifications
- 2+ year experience Admin Support
- Prior experience in payroll, billing, customer service (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
