Job Description
Job Summary
Participates in all aspects of administrative support for the foundation communications and marketing, operations, and annual giving team. Participates in donor database information, including recording and tracking contributions on a current and historical basis.
Essential Functions
Makes deposits and records accurately donor contributions for SHF, including HDVCH Foundation
Supports donor relations and stewardship process through creation of donor acknowledgements
Processes all in-kind gifts by entering in the CRM Database, receipting and acknowledging in accordance with IRS requirements.
Drafts and analyzes memorial acknowledgments, notifies families of memorial gifts
Supports tracking of donor communications
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent in communications, business, development or related field - Required
Associate's Degree related field - Preferred
2 years of relevant experience working in hospitality, computers using multiple software packages, fundraising, foundation, health care, or related experience Required
CRM/Donor Database experience - Preferred
