Weekend, part-time opportunity.
Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Call Center Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Hours: 20hr per week
Schedule: Friday 430p-1am & Sat 1230p-1a
Overview
This position contributes to Seasons mission of 'Honoring Life and Offering Hope' by coordinating all aspects of patient care, serving as a resource to the hospice team members through direction, education and support during the on-call hours.
Positions Over Which Supervisory Responsibility is Held: None
Qualifications
1. Associates degree, preferred
2. Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) practicing
3. 1+ year of previous Hospice nursing experience
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent customer service skills
