OBJECTIVE

To represent Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) on corporate and department projects, including testing and testing coordination, procedures and training. To prepare, document, and conduct training on department functions for department users. To review procedures and workflows and make recommendations for improvements, including business specifications and cost benefit analysis. To perform quality control and periodically audit Imaging & Mailing functions to ensure accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of departmental processing methods, industry standards and regulations, procedures, and Farm Bureau product lines and software.

Participate in ongoing corporate and departmental projects, including managing sub-teams as needed. Perform testing and coordination to ensure a smooth implementation of changes. Communicate project status and progress to management and other affected personnel.

Prepare, document, and maintain up-to-date procedural documentation on processing functions for department and other users.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Bachelor's degree required with focus on insurance, business, administration, finance or management, or equivalent experience may be considered. Two to three years imaging and mailing experience required. Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel required, and Access and Project preferred. Willingness to pursue continuing job related training and education required. Completed 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and project management methodology courses preferred, or actively being pursued. Designations in AINS, ACS and/or AIS preferred, or actively being pursued required.

Preferred: Knowledge of workflow of all lines of property/casualty and life preferred. Knowledge of United States Postal Service (USPS) rates and regulations preferred. Professional accomplishments in AICPCU programs preferred.
