The Role
The RPA Analyst will be responsible for drafting complex automation solutions, creating and maintaining technical documentation, defect remediation and analyzing, and quality assurance testing. Collaborates with the end users as well as team members in design, testing and triage of automation projects across the organization. Must be able to consult on multiple projects concurrently. Will be called upon to coach, mentor and train in automation solution techniques and best practices.
This position is part of the Digital Tools team for Repair. That team is the primary contact for solutioning and developing automations and agent tools for Consumer Repair. The team works in a matrix management environment, interacting with both end users and IT. In addition to automation functions, there will be other system support and projects supporting cost reduction initiatives for Lumen's Consumer and Small Business Repair centers.
Skills we are keenly interested in: Familiarity with APIs and RPA platforms, databases, UiPath or Itential knowledge preferred. Working knowledge of legacy ordering and repair systems preferred (Rx, CPLUS, WFA, LMOS, QBAT, Blue Marble eShop, TRACS, MARTENS, Ensemble, RADIUS etc).
This position is open as a Work from Office position in Apopka, FL, Des Moines IA, Midvale UT, Omaha NE or Monroe LA. It is available as a Work from Home position in any US based location.
The Main Responsibilities
Collaborating with end users and peer organizations to identify automation opportunities
Research automation sources available and recommendations (solutioning)
Documenting automation processes and generating leadership-level reports
Manage automation technical documentation
Performing audits and gap analysis on automation effectiveness
Coordinate with developers to validate and resolve defects
Manage defect intake life cycle
Test new automation releases in API delivery as well as UI integration
What We Look For in a Candidate
2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Cross organizational (Repair Call Center, Field Ops, Care, Programming) process flow and system knowledge a plus
Strong understanding of process, project management, and RPA concepts
Experience in telecom, high reliability facilities and/or datacenter environments
Highly professional and self-motivated
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage concurrent projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
