Statement of Work
Maintenance of existing MDS Mapping Fields
Activities
Daily review of unmapped data fields associated with the following areas
Contingent Income Maps
Claims Maps
Producer Map
Transaction Type Map
Policy Status Map
AMS Policy Status Map
Use insurance knowledge to resolve obvious unknown mapping issues
Communicates with original data source owners to identify mapping solutions that cannot be resolved through personal expertise
Works within Corporate Agency Management System (EPIC) to add necessary data fields to resolve mapping issues
Monthly Import of excel based data files (contingent commission) which then require manual mapping contingent commissions
Utilize PowerApps to match unknown claims to specific client policies
Deliverables:
Regular improvement of data exceptions with ultimate future goal of 100% mapped entries
Timely execution of the monthly imports and policy matching
Contingent commissions reconciliation to Trial Balances within +/- 1%
Data Warehouse Support
Activities
Responsible for the providing resolution of Data Warehouse support emails (Helpdesk Tickets) that are received through a shared email inbox
Solve Helpdesk tickets issues or triage tickets to appropriate individuals.
Support development team with testing, data validation, and mapping updates as needed
Ad hoc administrative project work as assigned by US BI Director
Deliverables
Timely acknowledgement and follow up on helpdesk tickets (24 hours).
Accurate solutions delivered in a timely manner
Quality project completion driven with minimal oversight

Education and/or Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Three years of agency insurance experience with relevant insurance knowledge, required
Technology:
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office, required
Experience in Agency software, Applied and Vertafore platforms, required
Experience with Microsoft Master Data Services, preferred
Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, preferred

Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges.
