Description: This is a temporary entry level position in our Operations series responsible for daily work maintaining client records and information for highly regulated industries. This project is estimated to end on or before Dec 31st, 2021, with potential for temp-to-hire. Work is done under frequent direction from team leads and supervisor. Some cross-training between similar types of tasks may be required. Responsibility level is primarily for personal performance and quality standards.

Key Duties:
- Assignments may include but are not limited to: document scanning, document review, records searches, record indexing, records retrieval, electronic database research, and physical, paper, and electronic quality inspections. Assignments may be limited in variety and repetitive in nature
- Complete work within established goals/metrics
- Complete work following all applicable Abraxas or Client written processes
- Communicate any deviations to process requirements and other questions/issues promptly
- Responsibly and safely use and maintain assigned equipment
- Promptly complete all assigned training
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to consistently be at work on-time and to maintain a regular schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow process control and specification documents
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use judgment to solve problems and elevate when necessary
- Must maintain professionalism and composure in all activities and interactions
- General ability to use a wide range of computer programs effectively, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, other MS Office products, and proprietary software applications
- Ability to operate machines such as document scanners, printers, and computers
Preferred Skills:
- Data entry experience
- Typing 35 WPM or higher

Work Environment: Ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. The performance of this position requires exposure to warehouse areas which requires closed toe shoes and under certain conditions may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, or other protective equipment as directed.
