Description
Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Executive Experience Programs
Client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive engagement initiatives targeting executives within top accounts — using the latest marketing methods to build awareness, increase engagement, nurture relationships, and ultimately establish Client as a trusted partner among executive customers.
Responsibilities
*Collaborate with various teams (ABM, Content, Events, Sales) to deliver events and marketing campaigns for an executive audience. Improve existing marketing programs or develop new programs to support executive engagement across teams.
*Nurture executive contacts within the prioritized accounts that match key personas and engage this audience consistently with innovative and intentional marketing tactics to strengthen relationships.
*Team with the broader organization of account-based marketers to promote executive events and align on executive-targeted campaigns. Provide support to ABM-led initiatives and operationalize successful tactics for the wider ABM team to leverage.
*Own execution of Executive Experience programs including planning, logistics, speaker and onsite management, budget, list management, follow-up, and reporting.
*Educate ABM and Sales on executive engagement strategies and maintain communication around available programs and campaign outcomes, as well as new tools, data, and marketing assets that support executive-targeted motions.
*Measure the success of your executive marketing programs from a contact, engagement, and marketing investment perspective.
*Navigate the Client organization and leverage professional networks to identify internal and external resources, stakeholders, and programs that support executive engagement objectives.
Qualifications
*Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training/experience
*Solid professional experience in B2B marketing for large accounts
*Proven track record of successfully originating fresh, breakthrough ideas in account-based marketing/sales to support business objectives, validating those ideas with key stakeholders, and carrying them through to execution
*Strong analytical skills as a basis for strategic and tactical planning and optimization
*Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to ABM teams
*Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills in English
*Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally
*Experience using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Marketo
*Knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and paid acquisition
*Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Figma)
*Ability to travel (up to 30% during peak times)
