Our work depends on a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist joining our team to support US Army activities at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

As a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist supporting the US Army, you will be trusted to manage the implementation and day to day support of a Dynamics 365 application, to include experience with forms design, workflow implementation and technical solution development in the Dynamics 365 application.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.
Manage the implementation of Dynamics 365, be experienced with forms design, workflow implementation and technical solution development in the Dynamics 365 application.
Be familiar with the Microsoft common data services entities in Dynamics 365 and understand Dynamics 365 as a source for dashboards and PowerBi Analytics.
Gather the necessary requirements from agency stakeholders that will enable the design, development, and management of data on Dynamics 365.
Serve as the central portal administrator for Dynamics 365.
Troubleshoot user issues and address all inquiries related to the Dynamics 365 application and provide effective and timely support through technical expertise and industry best practices.
Provide professional and technical services and document service and work requests as either trouble tickets and or configuration items.
Ensure portal access is established via military NIPRNET and/or SIPRNET connectivity and other Government provided WAN connections.
Ensure accessibility by working in conjunction with the Enterprise Service Providers to ensure accessibility via the NIPRNET and/or SIPRNET and the availability of other WAN connections to ensure multiple accessibility for access.
Document and demonstratesolutions by developingdocumentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Develop documentation using a combination of thespecified options and use a codelibrarytodocument, package and reusecode components,all of which will be archived and referencedforlater development expansion orissueresolution.
Work with IT support personnel for deployments, security considerations, and system/application integration.
Provide training to users on various functionality aspects of Dynamics 365.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
?Education/Equivalent Training Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Years of relevant experience:
3-5 years of experience configuring and customizing D365 applications.
Must know how to create custom entities, forms, views, business process flows, workflows, and business rules.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience designing, configuring, and implementing D365 (or PowerApps) portals. Must be able to configure basic branding, site navigation, and create web forms that involve multiple steps and related entities.
Experience with implementing Dynamics into a new environment a plus.

Certification Requirements:
Must meet DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II requirements prior to start of work, including IA Baseline and computing environment certifications
Minimum certifications at time of interview (must be current - include expiration dates in resume)
Security+ CE
Must meet IAT Level II requirements no later than 3 months from candidate start date on program.
