You Will
As the successful candidate, you will develop and implement pricing plans to meet the business's strategic and financial goals. You will perform analysis and recommend prices to optimize sales margins for a large assortment of products and customers. You will also manage business transactional and master data to provide a high degree of accuracy. You will collaborate across departments and organizations and will be essential to supporting the company's B2B e-commerce and commercial contract goals. This position will report to the E&R Director of Supply Chain.
Develop pricing models to identify prices by product based on the best possible return in sales and margin. Drive margin stability or improvement while supporting revenue growth.
Perform financial analysis of anticipated pricing actions for various scenarios.
Recommend and implement pricing actions to be taken through e-commerce channels, contract negotiations, and quoting processes.
Improve product information by using data management best practices including but not limited to large scale data clean-ups, global normalization efforts, product reclassification, and data transformation to ensure the functionality of new technology.
Use data analytics to gain insights and make recommendations to advance business objectives such as revenue growth and customer experience improvement.
Review customer feedback on data inaccuracies and other quality issues, validate the correct information, and update the appropriate data.
Communicate with leadership team to present findings and build support for pricing and data projects.
Build relationships and a culture of continuous improvement that is engaged in ongoing testing to provide the most relevant pricing and strategies.
Maintain morale of team and lead through change management.

You Have
Experience executing pricing strategies, preferably in an e-commerce environment with a large SKU assortment.
Strong business acumen that informs and grounds decision making.
Ability to communicate, with impact, to a variety of audiences with varying degrees of domain expertise.
Financial and analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities with significant trade-offs and make strong recommendations.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Manage a motivated and engaged team to ensure their performance meets both the business and their own personal goals.
