Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Coupa Regional Alliance Directors or own the selection of implementation partners.
Develop and implement partner specific business plans (Training, Delivery Capabilities, Pipeline) that align with Coupa's regional and/or vertical strategy.
Develop and manage executive relationships with implementation partners to accelerate each partner's ability to position, sell, and solution the Coupa platform.
Educate Coupa Partners on delivery methodology to drive alignment between partner scoping/staffing and Coupa Expert Services.
Incorporate Coupa and Customer feedback into a partner scorecard that will be used to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as liaison between partner and various internal Coupa Teams (PS, Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product & Technology, Finance).
Work with partner practice leads and alliance managers to create a business plan around pipeline and resource capacity.
Drive regular communication (weekly, biweekly, quarterly, yearly) with partners to address pipeline, active engagement, and practice action items.
Align regional partner enablement strategy with region sales and services strategy.
Periodically review partner ecosystem and rationalize as necessary.
Align with specific power app strategies and drive partner enablement in conjunction with Sales, Services & Alliances.
Ensure partner is enabled to transact with Coupa
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in SaaS delivery, working with Partners is preferred
Experience with Coupa as a platform
Coupa Certification a plus
High intellect and business acumen, curiosity and a willingness to move fast, be wrong and improve.
Maintain productivity across competing priorities.
Self motivated & work effectively under pressure
Contribute to a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Ability and willingness to travel (25-30%)
