Process Management and Standardization Manager
The Process Management and Standardization Manager role will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 8 colleagues responsible for process standardization and automation, data normalization, report development and distribution, User Acceptance Testing Automation, and representation of the business units regarding Technology changes impacting multiple applications and/or operations. This role has ownership of the assessment, development and implementation of standardized practices for automated and non-automated user acceptance testing, desktop tools development, utilizing the suite of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Access DB and Excel, as well as, Visual Basic (VB) programming and MS PowerApps Automate. This role will collaborate with peers across EPG, LTS and IS in the development of methodology and standards focused on elevating Production Services' and Process Management's capabilities, on behalf of clients across all business areas.

Position Responsibilities:
Software Testing Methodology, Analysis, Design, and Standardization
Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and approaches. This includes defining testing standards and ensuring consistent test approaches across Production Services test teams.
Document processes, measure performance, analyze performance drivers, provide statistical controls, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for effective delivery of testing practice and improvements. Continuous testing improvement includes monitoring testing activities, test results, leaked/missed defects and performing root cause analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
Support key initiatives and identify innovative ways to improve/enhance processes and procedures within the production support teams.
Provide project management support for key initiatives, including leading initiatives that help to achieve and maintain the overall PS strategy.
Measure the quality of delivered solutions to ensure sustainable results.
Collaborate with Production Support managers to standardize processes/responsibilities including the usage of the CA PPM tool and reports to develop cross channel training and resource utilization plans to ensure consistency across PS teams.
Continually build awareness of industry and technology trends that can be leveraged to set and implement the strategic direction of EPG Production Support teams.
Build critical alliances throughout EPG, LTS, Technology, and business clients to foster a culture of process improvement and innovation to advance the development and implementation of standardized practices, tools, and solutions.
Automation/Department Solutions
Develop, manage, and support solutions, that may not be otherwise available, through business-unit specific technology, such as Microsoft products; SharePoint, Access Databases, PowerApps, Excel and/or Crystal Reports.
Work with Technology, business partners, and team members to identify and deploy tools, standards, and methodologies for automation efforts related to User Acceptance Testing and Bots.
Implement best practices to meet the goals and objectives of desktop tools development and automation.
Participate and provide recommendations in the planning and implementation of key EPG projects and initiatives.
Partner with Technology to develop solutions that improve operational processes and measurement systems.
Partner with Technology to leverage and influence test tool selection, utilization, and technology.
Formulate action plan and develop business case for investment in test script automation.
Prioritize project portfolio to optimize resource allocation and align to department and client strategies.
Execute the EPG SharePoint strategy, including the framework for client and operations interface, related workflows and maintenance.
Consult client areas and identify desktop automation opportunities, as well as, managing the automation project pipeline to ensure benefits are realized.
Identify, develop, and implement desktop and automation tools that utilize standard Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Access DB, Excel, and PowerApps.
Human Resources Management and Leadership
Responsible for the overall management of the Process Management Group, through selecting, developing, mentoring, and retaining high performance talent, conducting performance evaluations, and conducting career planning discussions with direct reports.
Ensure citizen/business technologists assume end-to-end ownership of training, managing the project/request pipeline, prioritizing requests, and delivering solutions meeting defined requirements within agreed upon timelines.
Provide direction to staff to set goals and deliver results, at employee and organizational levels.
Provide effective communication to the team, providing candid and constructive feedback and recognizing their individual contributions to the success of the team.
Proactively manage to the diversity goals of EPG.
Mentor and encourage skill development of directs.
