Schedule: Day shift Monday - Friday, every other Saturday (twice a month)
WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Identifying customers financial situation and setting them up on proper payments
- Processing payments and facilitating move-in and move-out service orders
- Navigating multiple systems and use appropriately depending on the call type
- Detailed notation records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Communicating and coordinating with leadership and colleagues as necessary.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
- A minimum of 2-3 years of call center experience
- Professional bilingual skills are highly desirable (Fluent in English and 1 other language)
- Rock-solid customer services skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and deescalate when customers are stressed or upset.
- Patience and the ability to maintain composure on difficult calls and recognize when to escalate a call to a supervisor immediately
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience using computers while working with customers is a plus
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously 40 words per minute
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and use appropriately depending on call type
