Position : Service Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure Operations
Department : Information Technology
Job Description
You will be providing advanced project management expertise to the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to guide and direct implementation of infrastructure, systems, applications and technical integration activities.
You will be responsible for managing project resources, planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting and monitoring for achieving successful implementation of Core Infrastructure Projects and IT Operations components of Business Application Initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
*You will define and manage Medium and Large-scale project proposals and plans. Execute the plan to deliver to the scope within budget and on time. Develop integration plans using multiple vendor products.
*You will organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams.
*Manage and Lead implementation of technical solutions, applications and systems. Provide oversight and direction to implementation team to ensure the deployment meets the project specs and requirements.
*Work on and complete multiple projects and tasks with limited supervision, and work independently or in a small team environment. Act as IT liaison with all business partners, vendors and stakeholders.
*As a team leader, you will participate and contribute in providing both written and verbal feedback on continuous improvement of our services and processes.
*Interacts with client and shares the reports and conducts review of User Experience
*Generates User Experience Index for Customer Environment
*Analyses the reports and identifies improvement areas for User Experience
*Works with other technical teams to drive implementation of improvement activities
*Effectively communicates to internal and external stake-holders
*Lead internal and external design reviews, and presents design concepts to senior management when needed.
*Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
*Determine user needs by conducting task-focused and generative analyses
*Provide day to day operational support for User Experience Management Tool
*User Experience Management administration through dashboard monitoring and alert creation
Required skills and experience
*15+ years overall work experience in the technical industry preferably in IT/ Technical Operations organizations in supporting worldwide enterprise infrastructure, systems and applications.
*5+ years of experience in a project/program management/ leadership role managing multi-functional projects, end-to-end implementation and deployment, managing collocated / virtual project teams.
*Experience in IT infrastructure leading implementations that involved servers, networks, SAN and NAS, Databases, Data warehousing and Enterprise Applications.
*Hands-on experience in project/program management, procurement, resource management, scheduling, planning, deployment, support and training including experience in working within PMO, change management and Governance type of environments.
*Good communication, organization/planning, risk/issue assessment and conflict management skills. Social skills and the ability to work across departments and multi-functions with other leaders.
*Solid understanding of process management, improvement practices, and operation services.
*Experience working in a global environment, leading teams located in multiple regions.
*Manage CSAT survey and end user feedback.
*Manage P&L and coordinate with finance SPOC , Budgeting experience etc.
