The L&D Resource Center Specialist is accountable for any logistical set up and delivery of learning programs that support Firm and Business Line key initiatives. This role's deliverables are based on Firm and Business Line needs, audience size, and complexity of concepts. The position evaluates delivery needs, whether instructor-led, webcast or self-study, and recommends tools and features to support these needs. Through strong partnerships with the Design and Development team, the L&D Resource Center Specialist supports learning projects that span across large and/or multiple areas as well as support complex and large scale change, such as supporting a new system or product implementations to multiple job functions that may affect many processes. The position also participates in data collection to ensure successful setup and delivery of CPE worthy training events. The L&D Resource Center Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for various Learning Technologies including but not limited to SABA Learning Management System (LMS) and SABA Meeting and leverages those technologies to ensure successful set up, delivery, completion and close down of various events.
