Hourly Pay $17.30 + .50 Shift Differential
Benefits Effective DAY ONE!
Movement of raw material physically from elevator to lines/storage and electronically using scanner
Organize and maintain warehouse for proper ingredient storage in assigned area, including allergen storage
Ensure open and/or ripped ingredient bags are labeled appropriately
Proper scanning of raw materials to locations including adjusting inventory to skids when brought to the line and put away
Manage miscellaneous put away functions of raw materials
Help with set ups and weigh ups
Communicates with receiving warehouse in person or via radio on low level inventories, to obtain raw material list for each line and serves as general liaison between the receiving warehouse and line operators
Performs cycle counting under the direction of the plant replenisher.
Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
Other duties as assigned
Assist with production as needed
Adhere to GMP, Food Safety, International Food Standards (IFS) and American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards
Adhere to the Food Defense and Security functions within the facility
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/LEVELS OF COMPETENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years' experience in warehouse or distribution environment (knowledge of warehouse operations preferred)
Requires oral, written and communication skills
Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize time
Must be forklift certified or have the ability to become forklift certified
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Computer skills helpful

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent lifting between 50 - 75 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Frequent standing, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, stooping, and squatting.
