Summary:
Our People Analytics and Workforce Strategy (PAWS) team is seeking an experienced People Analytics Director to help bring People Insights to the business and advise on the future growth of Facebook. This leadership role will report directly to the Recruiting Analytics Director and manage a team of analytical professionals. This team works closely with HR, Finance, Recruiting and Business leaders to synthesize insights and partner on data driven people strategies to grow Facebook's workforce. In this role, you will be the key integration point for cross-functional partners scaling our Tech organizations. You will empower your team to provide prescriptive, research driven guidance to leaders, share clear and actionable recommendations, and co-create implementations/projects with HR, Finance, Recruiting partners to drive substantive change for the business.

Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in an analytics or strategic HR consulting role at a large multinational company
5+ years experience leading others and managing teams
Demonstrated experience supporting Engineering and technical organizations
Experience with people strategies, analytics, change management, org design, design-thinking, program and project management
Experience with meaning-making and synthesizing data and information into coherent storytelling, recommendations and influence
Demonstrated team leadership, partnership, influencing and communication experience with technical leaders
Demonstrated experience navigating a fast paced, dynamic working environment
Demonstrated track record of dealing with very sensitive data, and exercising proven judgment and discretion
Experience influencing technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or PhD/MA/MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology or related discipline
