Business Data Analyst

job summary:

Direct hire opportunity for a Business Analyst to join auto client's team. The Business Analyst will analyze business measurement, manage technology resources, and develop tools to enable customer engagement. This position will support the team and client by implementing IT tools that improve productivity. The Business Analyst will work with the team to maximize our impact by leveraging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance measurements to identify growth opportunities in our transaction- based business. Manage creation and distribution of customer data reporting with intention of automating the distribution.

• Manage internal workflows and automations through commercial software, customized for the

business.

• Maintain administrator responsibilities for multiple WordPress sites.

• Ownership of requirements gathering for current and future technology initiatives in support of PEN Services.
