This position will serve as the administrative manager, responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the DTMB, MCSC, and MDCR Section to ensure that the objectives and goals of our clients are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, time limitations and budgets. These are some of the offices and client agencies and their primary system we support:
- FleetCommander and FleetFocus for Vehicle and Travel Services
- Content Manager for Records Management Services
- Matsch Open System Tele-Management (MOST) for Financial Services
- Re-engineered Office of Classification and Selection Systems (ROCSS) for Civil Service Commission
- Civil Rights Information System (CRIS) for Civil Rights
- Michigan Child Advocate Investigation System (MiCAIS) for Office of Children’s Ombudsman
- Video Surveillance System for Office of Infrastructure Protection
- Archibus for State Facilities Administration
Required Education and Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
Alternate Education and Experience
Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
