Customer Service Representative/Teller – Full Time
Applicant must:
- Be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on schedule
- Be detail oriented and organized; able to reliably complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as assigned
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team setting
- Be available to work flexible hours
- Be skillful in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Have strong Customer Service skills, especially with identifying and solving customer problems
- Be able to recognize sales opportunities and cross sell bank products and services
- Be an analytical problem solver and logical thinker
- Maintain strict confidence regarding all sensitive information
- Be knowledgeable of all bank deposit products, including IRA's
- Be knowledgeable of bank consumer lending products
