• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education/training
• One to three years of experience in annual giving programs that incorporate direct mail, online and web-based systems, sponsorships, and other annual giving channels
• Strong organizational and planning skills using resources within budgetary parameters
• Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, resolve problems, follow through and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to manage donor relationships
• Demonstrated experience as an effective team member
• Ability to write promotional materials, reports, and business correspondence
• Working knowledge of website design and content management related to annual giving programming
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information verbally and in writing
• Strong computer technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, working knowledge of relational database systems, and ability to navigate and utilize Internet and social media platforms and applications
• Ability to perform basic business-related math and numerical computations
• Ability to problem-solve quickly, effectively, and objectively
