DESCRIPTION:
•Install, maintain, modify, and repair all mechanical systems and associated equipment
•Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical systems, including: pumps, valves, and associated piping
•Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical power presses and associated support equipment
•Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
•Utilize blueprints and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
•Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation
•Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
•Ability to meet Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics
•All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Diploma/GED
•Must hold Journeyman classification
•One year manufacturing experience preferred
•Basic math and verbal skills
•Ability to learn to use and maintain equipment and machinery
•Ability to follow standard work processes and operate with a continuous improvement mindset
•Flexibility of shift scheduling, to include overtime and weekends
•Ability to meet Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics
•Demonstrates Atkore Core Values - Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence
•Must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, and have strong work ethic
