Consulting & Training Services Administrator
Here is your opportunity to join a fast growing division of a global quality services company. In this full-time position, you will interact with high-level TRIGO leaders, employees, customers and vendors, assisting in day-to-day administrative support of our North American business. Overview of Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day, hands-on activities to support our North American Training, Engineering, and Quality teams from an administrative and program coordination perspective.
- Training support: Lead tracking, follow up, and proposal generation, course venue scheduling, negotiation with vendors, interaction with customers and trainers, post-delivery invoicing
- Resident Engineering and Quality Consultancy support: Proposal generation, tracking of customer purchase orders, follow up and review of employee expenses, orientation and on-boarding of new resources, processing new hire documentation and paperwork, maintaining resource availability schedules
- Additional duties: Maintain calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, department organizational activities, printed materials inventory management and shipping.
- Provide team with opportunities for improvement, cost-reduction strategies, customer feedback and ideas to increase process efficiency -- your ideas can make an impact!
Required Background, Skills & Attributes:
A self-starter with proven ability to: Independently manage multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, handle frequent interruptions in workflow, organize and maintain administrative processes. Other requirements:
- Post-Secondary education (College or University) or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years experience working in an administrative, coordinator or business support position (Experience with Consulting, Training, Automotive or Engineering Industry, or knowledge of Quality Standards considered an asset)
- Technologically savvy, with excellent computer skills, navigating and using MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in supporting Managers, Directors and Executives in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience working independently and within a team environment
- Excellent understanding and application of the English language (both written and verbal) in a professional setting
- High degree of business acumen displaying a professional demeanor, able to work with people from a broad range of positions and backgrounds
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 annually
