Sales Admins provide support for our sales representatives, ensuring all-around incredible customer service. If you are committed to teamwork, you’ll fit right in - we pride ourselves on having a work culture where you will feel supported and at home.
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Organized and able to process orders via email or phone
- Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in order to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets, reporting any deviations
- Maintaining a professional and calm demeanor while dealing with customers on the phone
- Accomplishing goals with a desire to constantly improve
