Position: Director, Finance, Enterprise Services (ES)
Reporting To: Vice President, Finance, Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES)
Location: Remote
In this business critical role, you have an opportunity to provide overall financial and business leadership to the Enterprise Services Business Unit within the Instrument and Enterprise Services Division (IES). This position works closely with the regional Vice President / General Manager and his/her leadership team to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability. The position responsibilities include leading the region's finance and reporting functions in the development, presentation, and forecasting associated with annual operating plans and financial projections for annual strategic plan reviews.
The position provides business support through an organization of 6 finance professionals based at multiple locations in North America and Europe that provide financial analysis to make sound business decisions including customer and asset level profitability, human resource investments, operating cost management and customer and vendor partnership. This position is responsible for leading process improvement and productivity projects including systems implementation, as needed.

Lead a team of 5 people by utilizing the Finance Competencies to help develop career path and growth opportunities
Global Finance Partner for VP / GM Enterprise Services (AMS and RSD MS), managing a robust deal model and productivity and pricing initiatives along with providing recommendations that allow the business to continue to improve profitability
Work directly with VP Finance, RSD NA on Managed Services (MS), including RFP and HC approvals as well as initiatives to drive profitability, customer compliance and product pull thru
Lead and drive key initiatives, process improvement/optimization, productivity projects and ensuring benefits realization and tracking
Identify business risks and mitigating opportunities
Lead pro-forma and contract compliance process
Provide accurate financial records including continued compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404
Drive centralized reporting by participating in key projects focused on system enhancements, process improvements and data governance
Be an active and contributing member of the IES Finance Leadership Teams
How will you get there?
Degree in Accounting or Finance and preferably, MBA or CMA/CPA certification
Minimum 10 years of related experience in financial and operational analysis, reporting and accounting leadership within a large, global organization.
Experience leading large diverse financial organizations in an accurate and timely manner
Track record of consolidating financial results from multiple ERP platforms for the purpose of FP&A activities
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic support and analysis to enable solid, tactical execution of business decisions
Proven history of driving process efficiencies in a complex environment
Strong team building and people development skills and a shown ability to work with a diverse group of people
Effective oral and written communication skills when dealing with all levels within an organization
Ability to communicate results and issues to impacted business units across the company in a timely manner
Comfort operating within matrix organizations
Global experience
10-15% travel required
Strong understanding of IT systems (particularly SAP and Hyperion / Essbase)
