Manpower is looking for an experienced contract Recruiter . This is a great opportunity for the right candidate and is expected to last through January 2022.
Job requirements include but not limited to:
-2+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience.
-Prefer Bachelors degree, however an Associates degree is acceptable.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
-Experience sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates is required.
-Strong background in general HR policies and understand EEO employment law regulations as well as local state and federal employment requirements.
-Ability to partner with hiring managers to run job fairs, advertise in local media, and suggest other candidate sources.
-Familiar with behavioral interviewing techniques, background screening, and new hire orientation procedures.
-Pay rate is $18-22/hour (40 hours a week)
